Each word a meaning. The inspiration for the name Two Queens comes from the blend of the rare white indigenous variety Vasilissa and the best known white variety of our island, Xynisteri. Two Queens of the Cypriot vineyard are Cofermented. Number two, refers to, two varieties, two days of coldextraction, two days fermentation with skin contact, two months aging in new American barrel of 225 liters with the fine lees, two months of maturation in the bottle.
Wine with bright golden color, intense aromas of flowers, jasmine, ripe citrus, quince, peach, vanilla and sweet coconut. Rich body with the overall presence characterized by harmony and pleasant acidity.
It is served at 9-10ᵒC and accompanies white lean meat, pasta, salads and fish.
