Returns and Cancellations

Purchase cancellations received within one day of purchase may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received after the specified deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Returns after delivery are not accepted.

Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail and must be received within the stated cancellation deadline. Furthermore:

All refund requests must be submitted by the owner of the credit card used for the purchase.
Refund requests must include the buyer’s name and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.
